Information system for clients which have activity that involves a high number of interventions, planned or not. To the subject, through a tablet or a smartphone (with GPS), on which our application is installed, an employee can make a picture at the place where he considers an intervention needs to be made. Immediately the geographical coordinates of the intervention are registered and the intervention team is notified of the necessity. Everything is stored in a relational database.
The intervention team accepts the intervention and goes to the specified location. Through two pictures (before and after) the solution duration is calculated. All these operations are supervised by management, through approvals, statistics etc.
We can offer you both licenses for the application on the central server and on the "intelligent terminals" carried by the employees. The licenses are registered at ORDA.
